My wife and I have been separted for 2yrs now. When our child was conceived she was still married her divorce was final 3 months into her pregnacy. Now I have run into a problem with her, her divorce needs to be anulled to say that her ex husband is not the father of the child and that I am. She says she needs a lawyer to it. What I want to Know is, is there an easier way for her to do it, without haing to get a lawyer? Also is there anything I can do? She is using this against me knowing I have no leagl rightsbecause I am not listed as the father and is not letting me see or talk to our daughter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
