Annul or divorce?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Hawaii/Arkansas
Married 2/07 in AR. One spouse in HI, one in AR. Marriage was consummated, but couple never cohabitated. Possible to annul on grounds of fraud because one spouse did not join the other in his/her state? Where better to file?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

The timeframe for an annulment has long since past, divorce in now the only option.

Thank you for your answers. Although it's not what I hoped to hear (I was trying to avoid the "divorcee" tag), it does appear to be the answer to my question. To hmbttw2012, I apologize if my question seemed unclear to you; I was attempting to be as succinct and unemotional as possible.
