You should look more closely into the annulment laws. Most places require you to get a divorce unless you married him without him telling you that he 1) commited a felony and is going to prison 2)didnt tell you that he had a STD 3)Wasnt divorced from a previous marriage 4) Never consumated

Consumation is rarely ever considered. Now days people "consumate" all over the place before they are married, better get a better reason than that one.Is there an incureable ability to copulate...etc...Was there any fraud or duress? We need more information.
