What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

need to know if I have grounds for an annulment. Been married
9 months. spouse had a drinking problem and was drunk during the ceremony. Since then I tried helping him with his problem. he went to rehab, got out and started drinking again. we got evicted and basically lost everything. i've been working all along but can't affford to support an alcoholic. we've been renting rooms and have no place to call home. I can not try to help him anymore, since he won't help himself. anyway to get out of the marriage without divorce?

My response:

I'm going to help end your "confusion". The answer is "No." Marrying an alcoholic is not grounds for an annulment.

You need a standard divorce.
