What is the name of your state?NEBRASKA

My husband and I were married in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 26, 2005. At this time we have a home in Broomfield, Colorado and North Platte, Nebraska. My husband has threatened that he has annulment papers for me to sign. What facts should i be aware of in this situation. CAN HE EVEN FILE FOR AN ANNULMENT OR IS HE JUST SCAMMING ME?

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
