Annulment


What is the name of your state? MD

How do I file for an anulment in MD? What are the rules? Is there free forms anywhere?

Being married since June 2005 is not grounds for annulment. If you want to end your marriage, you will have to divorce, unless you have actual grounds for annulment.

So I would have to be seprated for a full year and then file for divorce. Is there forms online to file for a sepration?

you need to contact a local attorny for your options. And no, you can't file anything online.

Here is a link to the Maryland Judiciary - Family Administration . FORMS · Family Law Self-Help Centers ... Family Law Forms.
[url]http://www.courts.state.md.us/family/forms/[/url] THis wil give you access to information re divorce and separation and forms provided by Maryland, these are available online, however filing will be done at the courthouse. As suggested, consult a Family law attorney to asscess all your options.
