Thumbs up

i got married and came to USA on a dependent h4 visa last year.My husband was and fraud and i left him in one months time. Then i joined college and applied for an f1 visa.Presently i am on f1 student visa.In the meantime my husband has filed for an annulment the basis for which is that i committed a fraud and married him to come to USA.Now if i take this annulment by default(i don't have enough money to hire a lawyer...i am a student) how can my f1 visa status be affected? Can it be revoked? Also if i want to change my visa status from f1 to h1 next year can this annulment affect the change in visa status?I am presently in Ohio.My husband has filed for the annulment in chicago ,Illinois
thanks

annulment

ours was an arranged marraige which took place within 2 weeks of our meeting. It seems that he is a pathological liar....he's lied about his age...told me that he is 30 when he actually 37 yrs old(he has multiple passports and visas with different names and ages),his job ,his qualifications etc and duped me even about his family backround!!he smokes and drinks like crazy and even does drugs....and as far me wanting to come to USA is concerned....it just happened becoz i happened to marry him.
