in pennsylvania, if you are granted an annulment, is the equal distribution of property law still enforced. can my ex still be entitled to a portion of my pension?

If you are granted an annulment, that means there was never a valid marriage.

Therefore, he would be no more entitled to part of your pension than I would be.
