My husband and I want to get divorced as soon as possible. We believe that we are eligible for an annulment. We are both military and we got married in haste after sept 11. We now realize that we are not good for each other. We don't even agree on the subject of children. I don't want any and he does. He want lots. How can we file for an annulment as quickly and painless as possible in the state of Maryland??

My response:

From the facts as you present them, it does not appear that you and your husband are eligible for an annulment. Please click on, and read the following - -

Good luck to you.

How about if he files the claim (fraud) stating that she made the promise of children but only to be married with no intention of ever having a family?
