annulment after one month of marrage

What is the name of your state?new york. how do i go about getting an annulment for my marrage to my husband of one month we got married in NY. did not know he had a criminal history !! found out a couple of days ago he spent 6 years in jail and he does not want to tell me why he was in jail.
