Annulment of Bigamous marriage

What is the name of your state? Michigan

my fiance was married in nevada in december 1993 to a woman whom he later found out was already married. he then left the marriage without a divorce or annulmemt. will we now be able to legally get married in michigan?

Not until he files in Nevada for an annullment and is grant the annullment.

Has he showed you proof that he was married before? hhmmm just wondering... He can go to the courts and get a copy of the license.

Another question though, all marriages must end in annulment, divorce or death correct?
