What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ks
My daughter has been married less than a year. Things have gotten very bad and she left him. He won't keep a job and she works all time. We reciently found out he has learning disablities which seem to be the reason he can't keep a job. My question is:
Should she get an Annulment or a divorce???? Which is easier???

Thank you for any responses

I chose the wrong man because I didn't know him very well is not a basis for an annulment.

The only question is what the nature of the learning disability is. If he meets the standards of mental incompetence, then the marriage might be voidable but, of course, that's not what most people mean by 'learning disability'.

In any event, the divorce will be cheaper and easier.
