| Annulment hearing-advice on proof What is the name of your state? California
I have a hearing date for an annulment hearing for physical incapacity. I was married for six months and not aware that he was impotent. Our marriage was never consumated. I was told by the clerk when I filed the papers that I should bring proof to the hearing for whatever reason I was filing for the annulment. I have no proof other than my own testimony. How do I prove this and deal with questions regarding this matter at my hearing? I have no proof to provide to a judge. My husband did not respond to the petition and is willing to provide a statement, but would that be credible or accepted? |
