I reside in MS. On Jan 19, 01, I was married in the state of AL. About 2 weeks after the marriage, my husband told me that God had told him he made a mistake in marrying me. We did not consumate the marriage because he was impotent. Now, he tells me that God kept him from consumating the marriage because he did not wait until He said it was time to marry. He lives about 2 hours from me in another county in MS. We have never lived together in the same residence. He will not see me because he says his flesh kicks in when he sees me and it is not love, but lust. I haven't seen him, but for about 2 hours in over 2 months. I live on a limited budget and cannot afford expensive legal help, but this is severely affecting my mental as well as my physical health and my job performance. I do not want a divorce, but an annulment because other than being on paper, there has been no marriage. I do not get any type of support from him at all. He wants no personal contact with me and when I do speak to him on the phone it is only for a minute or two and very impersonal. Do I have grounds for an annulment, what is the cost, and how long will it take? Please help me! Thank You
