Annulment/Married for visa

What is the name of your state? Georgia

I've been married for a little over a month. I found out the day I got married that he married me ONLY to get his visa. I haven't lived with him since. Am I eligible for an anullment? I also refused to have children with him and he wants a child. I also refused to have sex with him, since our marriage was fake to me, since I found out why he married me.
