What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Mexico

Please can someone tell me if I can get an annulment in New Mexico if I have been married for 6 months. My husband has been cheating on me for the past 2 months.

Thank you. I do know that the State of New Mexico does not recognize

infidelity as grounds for divorce, however I was hoping to be able to just get

an annulment rather than a divorce. Is that possible in my state?
