Annulment with no lawyer?

South Carolina) Can I get an annulment without a lawyer.?I found out my ex-husband put down a fake social number on the marriage licensce and has an extensive criminal background. I have no more money I spent it all trying to get a divorce with papers I cant serve because i fear for my family's and mine safety if I do serve them.He has the kids.

You do not have ground for an anullment. And not serving papers because you fear for your life is an excuse.

You can easily hire a process server.

What's the REAL Story?
