annulment or not even married????

What is the name of your state? nc

we got married march 05. i havent seen him since then again, cuz i went back to germany.
now i want an annulment/ divorce.
now asking the german authorities what to do - they didnt accept our marriage certificate b/c my name on it is wrong..
do i need an annulment or am i not even married???

You need to consult an attorney in Germany. It seems as though Germany may not be recognizing your marriage....but that doesn't necessarily mean that the US doesn't.
