What is the name of your state? Ohio
I was married in Kentucky almost 10 years ago, but have lived in Ohio now for about 8 years (he still lives in Kentucky). We never consumated our marriage (baby came a week after the wedding)... and have lived apart almost the entire time. Do we qualify for an annulment after that many years, or is there an inexpensive and quick way to end this?

I was laid off last week and am supporting 2 kids on my own, cannot afford an attorney. He makes almost no money and drinks away whats left.. so anything to get this over inexpensively is the best. Thank you for your help!
