Annulment Question

I live in Jamaica New York City and I need some advice pertaining to an annulment. I am married twice and never got a divorce, I was under the impression that my first husband got a divorce from me but then I found out later on that it was not true. Just recently, I found out that he is dead. I want to get my marriage annulled from my 2nd husband so do I proceed in the same manner that I would if I was filing for a divorce? Also, I do not know where he is living at these days but I do know where his family lives. Can I serve the papers to them? I do not have a job and can not afford to post an ad in the papers.

Get a family law attorney and file for a divorce. It is quicker, easier, and cheaper than an annulment.
