Any help really appreciated

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA
My lawyer is drawing up my divorce judgement to present in court for an upcoming trial. Does anyone know or have an idea of what essential things should be stated? Or better said what are the most important things to have on there in regards to the divorce and agreements. Please help I would hate to look back and say " I should have included this in the final divorce decree".
Thanks

Your lawyer SHOULD be able to do this. However, I'd suggest that rather than relying on someone's memory, go back through the last 10 (or more) pages of this board and see the problems that come up over and over again.
