I live in Illinois and need to file an appearance. My question is: What type? Full,Limited,Special,Court Appointed? I have no attorney yet, but need to file. What are the differences?

If you are representing yourself, you wouldn't file an appearance in Indiana.

Don't know if that is the case in your state.

I found the answer to my question, but found that the fee to file in Illinois is $98.00. What if I can't afford it? The summons says that if I do not file within 30 days, which has already passed, I can have a judgement against me automatically. What do I do in this case?
