Arizona Divorce Filing Timetable

What is the name of your state? Arizona

I would like to file for divorce tomorrow. However, next Thursday will be the 90th day either one of us has lived in Arizona. (the law states we can't file until the 90th day). I'm leaving for FL on monday. Can I mail in the documents (and $) to the court without actually being there?

Also, Az has community property laws. We have all ready split our assests and money evenly and are satisfied with that. Can I check the "no community property box" and not state any property in the documents?

Please help me out as soon as you can. I would like to file, but not be in contempt.
