Wisconsin. I am getting a divorce after 40 years of marriage. My wife has fought the whole way even though she filed. My lawyer had to do steps 2 or 3 times because she was not giving us the information we were asking for. Can I get her to pay some of my atty fees since she was making my lawyer do more than he should have?

In theory, yes. In practice, it's not easy. You have to show that she intentionally did things to increase your fees - and that it wasn't simply due to incompetence.
