Missouri, I filed for divorce 26 months ago, my attorney and husband's attorney are college friends. I am getting no where, the judge ruled on April 9th and he has been in contempt for over 5 months, when I wrote her a letter telling her she wasn't representing me in a timely manner, she filed to set aside the judgement and divorce, and told me in the letter she was filing a motion at that court date in Nov, to remove herself as my lawyer. Do I have to start all over, and hire a new lawyer? I don't have the money anymore? All assets are tied up by him, he is selling cattle, and renting the houses. What can I do?
