Can you? Yes you can if you otherwise would qualify for debt relief in a bankruptcy. Will the judge in your divorce case let you get away with it without holding you in contempt? That's an entirely different story.

AND, unless the legal fees are really extraordinary, the cost and inconvenience of a chapter 7 is probably worse.
