What is the name of your state? Ohio
I have to file for Divorce for a second time. I filed for Divorce in Atlanta but now lives in Ohio. I live out here since July of 2006. I Divorce filed in Atlanta is now closed because neither party was present. Do I have to refile in Atlanta or can I file here in Ohio?
