being harrassed

What is the name of your state?
Georgia
I have filed a TPO order and was granted for an additional 12 months. Since this has taken place, he have continue to harrass me, by breaking window, throwing trash, turning off gas, turning off lights, ringing doorbell late at night or early morning, but the police have not been able to caught him in the acts, what can I do about these problems?
