What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? colorado,
i am married 22 years,to retired military man,I have just discovered he has been having an affair for about a year now,i;ve been getting threat,texts emails etc,i have not worked for 25 years i am disabled,i have no money no way to live,we donot own a house,no kids,
how do i get part of the entitlement of part of his military retirement,spousal support of some kind ?how do i live? i cannot stay in this conditon i am also emotionally abused,no physical just emotionally and psychologically,he wants me to accept this and keep my life at risk while he screws around with this other woman,is the a attorny out there that can help me??
who do i see at the military installations? what do i do?

You need to get an attorney. Most attorneys will give you the initial consultation for free and they can then petition to be paid by the other spouse in cases like yours.

You will likely be entitled to a share of his military pension for the rest of your life plus half of marital assets, so there's a lot at stake. See an attorney immediately.
