I am recently divoriced and I have a court document that says my ex is responsible for certain bills but the creditors are still calling me about paying them. Am I still responsible for them? I live in FL

The creditors are not parties to your divorce and are not bound by the divorce decree. Therefore yes, they can and will go after you for payment if your ex doesn't pay....and YES, your credit WILL be effected.
