What is the name of your state? La.
My current court date is schedule for July 15th to finalize my divorce (thank GOD), but in the mean time the Ex-wife is creating bills by getting major dental work done, partial plating, root canal, toe nail replacement, you name it she's working on it and, whatever health/medical treatments that she can before I can take off of my health insurance.
My concerns are who will be responsible for paying said bills? And, what are my rights if I have any to make her legally responsible for each and everyone of those bills? So far, as of today I've calculated that she has or will cost me atleast 8-10 thousand dollars.
Any feed back in this matter will be greatly Appreciated.....
