my spouse filed for a divorce then 3 days later wnet and bought a house.i f ound this out after the final decree.i was ordered to pay my ex half the value of our home,i asked my atty. why i should have to pay them half when they already have a house. they bought it why we were still married am i not entitled to half even though we were seperated and did divorce it was bought during the marraige my atty said they will just say its a gift is this right??? or is my lawyer just not worth anything??? honestly this cant be fair..can it????
