Breaking Marital Contractd

What is the name of your state? PA

My wife and I have been married for 24 yrs. Recently she has been having a relationship with my nephew. She claims their just friends but I found a love letter from him to her. She refuses to give him up and has filed for Divorce. We have 6 children together, 24, 21, 11, 9, 5, 3. We are still living together. I have 2 questions. Is there any way I can legally force her to consider reconciling? I do not want to Divorce. 2nd, Can I sue those people involved who I feel are to blame for my wife breaking her marital obligation?

My response:

Lucky kid!

Your wife must be real HOT!

In answer to your first question, no, you can't "force" someone to do something they don't necessarily want to do. As for "Alienation of Affection", sure you could sue. Pennsylvania is one of the last States that allows that Cause of Action. But, it's a tough lawsuit to win.
