My wife and I are divorcing and we own a business that was started during the marriage.

1. She's threatening to put a for sale sign on it. Can I stop this until it's disputed in court and if so how?

2. It's my primary place of employment, not hers. Can I keep her out of the business location until we go to court, as she is causing problems there?? If so how?

3. How will the business be divided?

Thank you so much!!

Sincerely, Shawn McClung
