Buy out marital estate

What is the name of your state? NH

Any suggestions? Ex has until Sept 1, 2005 to come up with buy out on marital estate or it is ordered to go on market. Multiple letters to her lawyer as to what her intentions are with no response as to what are her intentions. Leaves me in a bind, cannot make any plans to purchase home. Any solutions to getting a answer?
