Buying house during divorce

What is the name of your state? Illinois, USA
I currently live in the state of Illinois. I'm in the middle of a divorce in New Jersey. I would like to buy a house in Illinois does my wife have any right to the new house or the monies put down before we officially divorce. The majority of the money is from my fiance. We plan on marring as soon as I'm divorced. Thanks.
