Buying property after separation?

What is the name of your state? FL
Can I apply for a mortgage loan by myself after a separation? Do I need to list my spouse at all?

Is this a legal separation or just a case where one of you has moved?

yes in case of legal separation

Yes, in case of legal separation.
So, I really don't want to have to partition anything after the separation especially the new purchased home.
