California Divorce law question


What is the name of your state? California


Hello i am wondering how the divorce law works when you are in a marriage and there is a property involved and niether side love each other any more he wont divorce here even though it was his choice to because of her taking i guess whatever money that there is and she hasnt filed becuase she is a full time student and doesnt have the money to afford and attourney plus is confused about how everything works. i dont believe she wants the house i believe it is more of hey were stuck together because of the reasons i listed above.

I hope i posted this question right and i guess what i am asking is what would this lady have to do to get out of this marriage? Thanks for everything

What the lady needs to do is to find some way to hire an attorney, even if that means borrowing money from family or friends.
