can a divorce be modified?

What is the name of your state?michigan. the lawyer me now ex hired for our divorce lied. he said i was too young for alimony- i have been on medication for last ten yrs for deppression and anxiety have not held a job. im 34. did not put true amount of income of es for child support. same lawyer wrote grandparents will-of ex- did not mention any thing going towards our child. same lawer defended ex for assualt against me which led to divorce. had us opt out from friend of the court -would be best for us- was told now im fighting to get a cse open to have child support taken directly out of ex's check since he pays when he feeld like it. what can be done?

well basicly would like the true amount of his income reported for friend of the court to decide what amount to set. in divorce he agreed to have visiting from sat 12 noon till sun 12 noon each week because he works midnite. now refuses for every sat to spend with child takes every other sat. he requested phone time ever night but dosnt bother to call on his nights off. child is going to counsling now because of all the b.s. over the summer he has put us through. would have like to recived temp alimony untill i was on my feet. went to night school twice both times he pulled child support so i had to drop classes.

I suspect you're out of luck with the alimony; should've asked for that the first time.

If you want your child support stuff modified, hire a lawyer.
