can ex get insurance claim?What is the name of your state? MD I have an accident claim that happened when we were married now they want to settle with me can she get any of it? Also After she moved out the basement was flooded and all my stuff was ruined. Nothing of hers was in the house. I have an insurance claim on that as well can she get any part of that? |

| She would be entitled if any of the "winnings" were for loss of consortium, loss of society or something of that nature. She would not be entitled for compensatory damages for pain and suffering or payment of medical bills unless she originally paid the bills.

| Sorry about that. Yes it was a car accident. As far as paying the bills it went through the insurance company so very little was spent so far. around $100. |
