What is the name of your state? CA

My boyfriend is going through a divorece that has been a nightmare. Hix ex is a complete loser. She has been taking forever to turn in her paper work and is really lagging on getting her part of the doivorce done. My question is we just found out she is leaving the state soon, is it illegal for her to leave the state when a pending lawsuit is in the process? If you now anything about this please let me know. We are both very worried that she will leave and not sign the final papers and he will never be divoreced.

Thank you!

Assuming that she is a legal adult, of course she can leave the state!!

And reluctantly, there is no way to force her into signing his papers.
