My husband has left me for another woman and is now staying with her in a motel. Does he have the right to come back to the house and take his belongings & dog? Also, is what he is doing now considered adultery? She has also left her husband.

Yes, its adultery, but that doesn't make it anything that will make any difference in court. Yes, he can come back and get his belongings. However you don't necessarily have to let him have the dog if its your dog too.
