I filed divorce 4/29/04. Husband took out a huge amount from his company savings (community property!!) at the end of May of '04. I did NOT receive any of these funds, except my ex claims this money was paid to me as support. Well, the divorce was granted 3/16/05 and I found out about this withdrawal after the fact and am scrambling to see if there's any way I can get half that money. I KNOW he purposely took it out so I couldn't get it. My lawyer says he'll look into it, but if he'd been doing his job, we would have KNOWN my ex took out this money!!!
