Can I force him to leave?

What is the name of your state? Florida
My husband and I almost separated / divorced sometime ago. I asked him to leave the home and he would not. I told him I was going to leave and he stated he wouldn't let me take our son (12). My husband is drinking again and I wonder if I can make him leave.

Eventually...but not until you file for divorce and ask the judge to order him to leave.
