Can I get an Annulment in Texas?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Texas

After marriage came to know that my wife cannot give offsprings. Before marriage, she had a surgery in which one of her reproductive organ has been removed. I do not have any evidence apart from her surgery marks on her. I would have never married her if I would have known about this before our marriage.

Can I apply for Annulment in Texas? If so, on what grounds?

Thanks,
Jeff

Go get yourself a consult with a local attorney. That might be grounds for an annulment. However you should also be aware that an annulment generally takes more time and is more expensive than a divorce.

However...you should also be aware that if she had one ovary removed, that does NOT automatically make her unable to have children.

If annulment is not possible in this case, can the same annulment petition be considered for divorce? or Do I need to file a new divorce petition and the general wait time?

It's not ovary, its her womb which has been removed.

Get yourself a consult with a local attorney. If you want an annulment you are going to need one. I doubt that you can use the same petition for both divorce and annulment, but a local attorney can best answer that question.
