Nope. What are the reasons you want it annulled?

how long do i have to do this?

How long do you have?

You can't get it annulled. Therefore the cost of annulment would be nothing.

what is the first step to take?

thanks much!!
The first step is to file for divorce.

i applied for her to get the visa (k-1).

i don't know of a reason to get it annuled, maybe abandonment. im new to this so im not sure what the grounds for abandonment are...

now that we mention this, why can't i get it annuled?
is divorce the easiest way to go about this?

thx

You mean she came to the US on a fiancee visa.

Did or did not get a travel document to re-enter the US? Well I would think that is a great first step to solving your problem.

Correct.

That is the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way to get rid of her.

Do not ignore the request. Get thee a consult with an immigration attorney. You do not want to risk doing the wrong thing and getting the government after you!

At least get yourself a consult with an attorney if you have time before you have to respond> you do not want the government thinking this was a fraudulent marriage or in any other way just for a green card.
