Can I kick out Pot Growing Adulterer?

What is the name of your state? California
Married 3 years, husband had affair and into illegal activities, we are separating and I want to stay in the house we rent. I have paid 80% of rent and expenses. I originally (foolishly) agreed to move. But why should I? He used garage as homebased working space and grows marijuana in shed (has med Rx) but landlord does not know. How can I kick him out?
