Can I move out....In PA - can I move out prior to the divorce being finalized? We have two children, and it will be an uncontested, no-fault divorce. Custody has been agreed upon, but as I said, the divorce is not finalized as of this time. Am I in danger of losing any of my rights? Last edited by sjs1; 07-14-2007 at 08:06 AM. | Moving out is fine, but don't remove the CHILDREN from the area (The jurisdiction) without first following proper notice procedure and getting court or ex approval of the move, and making sure the other parent knows where to pick up their kids for their time with them..
