What is the name of your state? Wyoming

I live in Wyoming, my husband moved to Montana eight months ago. He has had two DUI arrests and is looking at possible jail time and in-patient treatment. I didn't move with him because of his alcoholism. How can I protect myself from being cleaned out financially by treatment costs, possible business lawsuits, etc. He has no access to our accounts now. When he moved, all the money was put in accounts in my name only (he agreed). I want to support my husband emotionally through treatment, however, bailing him out financially would be suicide for me, my kids and my husband's alcoholism recovery.

Thank you.
