Can I still proceed with divorce?

What is the name of your state? Texas

I have been married to my husband for over 3 years but we have just recently separated and in the process of getting divorced due to irreconcilable differences. He is not a US citizen and does not have legal residency status and although we had started the process of citizenship he has been deported before which had put a considerable snag in the process. He was just arrested this past week for driving without a license and for not having proof of legal residency. It is possible that he will be deported again. What kind of ramifications does this situation put on the process of our divorce?

It might slow things down a little...but it won't stop you from getting a divorce.
